As drummers who often had to find bigger places to practice, we knew there was a gap in the market for a portable acoustic drumkit that sounded authentic. Entry level kits usually have deep kick drums and aren't usually apartment friendly. Vanta Drums addresses not only the space issue by allowing for a much smaller footprint, but also the volume of playing acoustic, without the compromise in sound quality. The result? A perfect balance of portability and authentic acoustic sound.

We are located in Melbourne, Australia and currently only ship domestically. Orders are packed in a 80cm x 54 cm x 20 cm, 20kg parcel, and delivered anywhere in Australia either via Australia Post or a partner courier service. Click and Collect is not available at the moment. Same day delivery may be organised around Melbourne metropolitan areas via partner courier services (at an additional cost).

There aren't many portable acoustic kits available in the market today. The most popular ones are the Tama Club Jam Pancake kit, that usually retails from $799 for a 4-piece kit without cymbals or hardware (these can add hundreds to the final price). Or the Pearl Compact Traveller with only 2 pieces included in the kit (snare and kick) from $599, also without cymbals and hardware. Our Portable Kit fits nicely between entry level 5-piece kits and the two compact kits mentioned above, providing a full kit option, including cymbals and hardware for everything you need to start playing the moment you open the box.

Out kit comes with entry level drum heads, hardware and cymbals. On occasion (depending on stock availability), we may offer drum heads and cymbals upgrades during checkout, at a discounted price.
